How It Works？
1. Planting
Soak the required seeds (such as orchids, ferns, chrysanthemums, etc.) and then evenly sprinkle them on the outer wall in the pattern you like (you can even mix different seeds for planting)

Pour water into the Forrora through the bottle neck, then wait for the plants to grow.

Raw Material Terracotta
The first step in producing Forrora is to obtain high-quality terracotta as raw material. This terracotta is 100% natural inorganic material, suitable for making hydroponic planters. The choice of raw material is crucial as it directly impacts the quality and durability of the product.
Mixing Clay
Once the terracotta is obtained, the next step is to mix the terracotta with a specific proportion of clay. This process needs to ensure thorough mixing to ensure the subsequent molding and carving processes go smoothly.
Pouring Slurry
The mixed terracotta and clay will be poured into molds. These molds are custom-made according to the design and dimensions of Forrora planters, ensuring that each planter has a consistent appearance and size
Demolding
Once the terracotta is poured into the molds, it will take shape within the molds. This is done to ensure that the product's shape and structure match the design. The molds are slowly removed from the formed terracotta, revealing the appearance of the planter.
Carving
This is a crucial step where craftsmen use specific tools and techniques to carve the unique Egyptian snowflake patterns on the Forrora planters. This process requires exquisite skills and meticulous craftsmanship to ensure that each product has beautiful patterns.
Firing
the molded and carved Forrora planters are placed in a high-temperature kiln for firing. This process solidifies the terracotta and imparts durability to it. High-temperature firing also ensures that the planters can withstand various indoor and outdoor conditions, thereby guaranteeing product quality and longevity
